We want you to love your purchase from Maeriva. If you are not satisfied, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Eligibility

• You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

• Some products (personal care, beauty items, clearance sale items) are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Process

1. Email support@maeriva.store with your order number and reason for return.

2. We’ll provide return instructions and the return address.

3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund.

3. Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

4. Shipping Costs

• Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or damaged.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
